The responsibilities of an Account Changes Representative includes; performing maintenance requests efficiently and accurately for new and existing accounts. Representative is also accountable for providing necessary support to our customers (merchants & agent partners) as well as and internal iPayment teams. Understanding that quality is critical, the Account Changes representative will focus on key areas such as obtain/review documentation, verify signatures when applicable, and process requests in the appropriate systems. As a team, our objectives are to exceed department time service standards, and to enhance our customers’ experience.
